Peter Casbolt
Director
Peter is a Clinical Psychologist with a strong track record in clinical service delivery, community mental health advocacy, and organisational training. He brings to the board both frontline experience and strategic insight, aiming to reduce stigma and elevate mental health literacy across diverse communities.
At Positive Vibes Foundation, he contributes to community-driven mental health initiatives and helps shape impactful programs. As a Visiting Lecturer at Macquarie University, he supports the development of future psychologists, connecting academic theory to real-world practice.
Peter has held senior clinical roles in hospitals, leading the design and facilitation of inpatient and outpatient group therapy. He is also a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Facilitator, delivering nationwide training that empowers individuals and organisations to respond effectively to mental health challenges.
As Director of Casbolt Consultancy, he partners with businesses to strengthen workplace wellbeing, leadership, and resilience—bringing a valuable organisational lens to board governance.
A regular speaker at national conferences and community events, Peter champions conversations that place mental health at the centre of everyday life. He is a Paul Harris Fellow in recognition of his significant contributions to mental health and the wider community.
