Mercedes has been very active in the Hills community, sitting on numerous committees and working as a volunteer for many organisations.

As a qualified and experienced finance broker, Mercedes lends her knowledge to the running of the Positive Vibes Foundation.

Mercedes was also the former chair of the Hills Women’s Shed Community Garden.
